my TV is SD 720×480 and that is fine for me. and it cost $400!!

AliExpress or their sellers delete poor feedbacks. Last month I bought a $25 wristwatch. When it came a month later, it was junk. Not waterproof to 300ft like advertised, not stainless steel as advertised, and the next day, the winding stem and crown fell out. I got a refund through AE, the seller ignored me. I left negative feedback. the next day the feedback was gone. Where did it go?
Can it work on windows 10 64 bit? Please answer me FAST! Thank you a lot! <3
