The Yellow Tub says:

After the Meltdown vulnerability this is kinda awkward.

MikaelKKarlsson says:

After work chilling with some UEFI jam.

pojogermany says:

I really really love the music at 7:56

Amithkumar BG says:

Best motherboard in my bughet

evildude109 says:

Huh, perhaps not the best time to be buying high end intel. Better wait for new benchmarks to see how devastating to performance the fix for the memory insecurity issue is.

catonpillow says:

The VRM seems prone to meltdown.

C. Farther says:

WHERE IS THE COVERAGE OF THE SPECTRE WHATEVER THE HECK IT IS??? sorry for capping. love you all

Ska De vries says:

Give me more bios jazz please!,….Wendel they should implement that music in the bios, helps overclockers deal better with b.s.o.d.or voltage drupe all over the place!(The L.L.C problem MSI I am talking about, you know the issue!

Reggie Reginato says:

Looks like a good solid motherboard. Too bad the IOMMU groups are a little problematic, but par for the course. I’ll have to look into it a bit more (as in play with one). Thanks! Oh, and very big thanks for not touching another subject (I think all rational has all gone out the window on it). 😉

Martin Nicholls says:

Not touching *anything* until there’s a hardware fix for the current flaw. Not only is it needed but I don’t trust AMD’s protestations given security researchers are saying the are vulnerable to one flaw, plus AMD still can’t compete regardless so we’re still stuck with intel. Irony of all this is I’ve been complaining about how itanium still isn’t the desktop arch (as it was supposed to be) because of AMD and it turns out itanium isn’t vulnerable.

Maltalent Ueux says:

merry Christmas !

RighteousBruce says:

I can imagine wendel shimmying something hardcore to that smooth intro music.

Southeastern777 says:

Keep spearheading the Linux Movement, Wendel. Thanks!

bdbgh says:

So are you guys planning to cover meltdown and spectre?

Typowy Laman says:

That Z370 sticker on MOBO is disturbing af. Unfortunately i ripped it off trying to figure out wtf was that.

Geforce are for n00bs and CHILDREN. I use Quadro to edit 10-bit content says:

FAIL. Has no RGB OLED screen on the back of the MB so that I have to disassemble the whole thing to read the codes. I’m hardCOAR.

Warren says:

My favourite bit of this video was the…yoink!

Sam Smug says:

He kept on saying “Nick”, what is that?

Thomas Bate says:

I just bought this! I love it!

Christian says:

I’m pretty disappointed that they didn’t release an m7 version this time around. I’m on thr Z270 gaming m7, and this seems to me to be a pretty significant downgrade, if i want to go to coffee lake. :/ The godlike is just waay to expensive to even consider. They really need to bring back the m7 to fill that price, and performance gap. :/

This is honestly the only thing that has kept me from upgrading to coffee lake…..

Pr0xy Cast says:

damn, I’m early on this one

kanjitard says:

7:28 a hand appears

RighteousBruce says:

im re watching this just for the music.

COFASA says:

Nice board for the price idk why people get 250+ dollar boards, most people will waste a lot of features included on those boards. Those are meant for enthusiasts

SugarFreeTargets says:

That intro music makes all my daddy dreams come true

Poker96Face says:

nice effort
This or z370 carbon pro ?

Maor Haimovitz says:

my ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING does not have PS/2 port god damn it!!!!!!!

Theodore Nozart says:

Looks like your christmas day was exciting

Dave S says:

thanks L1T

Mark A. Stephens says:

Another in depth review from Wendell. I would really like to see you all go in depth some more on the I219-V NIC implementation you are referencing. It really peaked my interest and I am curious to know more.

Saquez says:

I’m so glad they still include the PS/2 port. Those things are a fucking life saver for legacy testing.

Onihikage says:

Godlike Gaming Lite, eh? So… Demigodlike Gaming?

Carl Kitchen says:

Nice looking bios on that one. (I’m used to the half assed graphical elements of the RoG boards)

DragonwinQ says:

Bought this board 2 days ago with the i5 8600k. Really happy with it. Overclocks really good.

Jaron Namir says:

That UEFI looks good, also Kevin Macload must be a fan of Cowboy Bebop and Metal Gear Solid

Vandoeun Long says:
