Patriot Viper RGB 3200MHz DDR4 Review – Friday Flights

RGB Memory… The Final Frontier!

But first… What am I drinking???

Today it’s the Half Hitch Mosaic IPA from Crutch Brewing (Bend, OR). Delicious, tons of floral and citrus taste and aromas, yet a surprisingly easy drinker. Clocks in at 9.5% and 80 IBU.

Patriot introduced their new RGB series of Viper memory back at Computex 2018. Now, RGB on memory seems like a simple addition, when in reality it’s one of the components OEMs have had the hardest time getting right. And outside of looks, they still have to perform well.

Available in Black or White, and in speeds from 2,666MHz all the way up to 4,133MHz, there’s something for everyone. Check them out here:

This is by far your slickest video yet, you’ve obviously been working hard to improve every aspect of your work 😀

Stephanie Yung says:

Craft you seen that new dual socket Huanan x79 eatx mobo? That could be a great video

Tom Brown says:

That ram looks cool! You should check out DIY RGB ram. It is exactly that. Basically you can buy RGB heatsinks to go on ram that doesn’t have heatsinks. You can use hot air guns or a hair dryer to pry the ram heatsinks if your ram has one and simply screw in the RGB heatsinks. You can then plug it into your fan splitter so you can daisey chain them if you have lots of ram. Great way to get cheap RGB ram.

Reverend Aero says:

Am I a heretic for wanting an RGB Blu-Ray Drive that I’ll never use?

Nice video Craft but RGB ram while pretty is just a gimmick imho I have 16 GB non rgb corsair vengeance 3200 the performance is amazing, but no RGB frills I think RGB ram is a step too far when mobo’s fans and even coolers have them now as well /rant ✌️

you should look up crystal skull vodka by dan akroyd. very cool.
