I got this keyboard, and returned it (NEVER buy directly from Logitech!! Their Customer Service was a nightmare for returns – 30 minutes in queue, 1 HOUR to get them to write up the return – which still needs ‘approved’) – Now, why did I return it? 1. If you watch their video, and information on the website it implies very heavily that you get the mouse with it. You don’t It is $171 (with shipping etc) to get the bloody keyboard by itself. 2. As seen in the video, if you want to disable specific keys in given applications (games) you can, BUT you HAVE to disable the Windows Key and the menu key. This may be Acceptable on a Windows machine, but this also works on a Mac (where I’m using it), and just about every application uses CMD/? to do this and that, so you can’t use it to disable any keys without also disabling a critical one. Also, As you would expect, you can reprogram the G1-G6 keys, Obviously, you can remap any other key too… Oh, wait! No, they don’t support remapping any other keys – Are you Freaking kidding me? What would that require to implement? Another 10K of memory in your application? I had a keyboard that could do this back in 1990, why can’t every keyboard do this now? In any event, that gives you 6 programmable keys. They keys felt OK to type on, but I always put my left hand off the correct keys when I went to type on it – Not sure why, but it took effort to think about where to put my left hand on the keyboard.

Overall: I’d give $50 for it, it has a nice tactile feel to the keys (although would prefer more of a snap when the key is pressed – like original IBM AT Keyboard – still my favorite to type on.)

Right now, I’m using a Microsoft Wireless keyboard that has delays, but not enough that it bothers me. It, plus the mouse can be gotten for $50. Is it worth $120 for the battery to last 18 months instead of 6-8? Nope.

Mario Silva says:

$69 on BestBuy.com now it looks like a steal

audy irzeinda says:

can it really be used with 2 device, as in PC (using wireless) and laptop (via its bluetooth) ?

Low&Slow Works says:

Just leaving my house to go and get mine from the post office! Cant wait since this is my first mechanical keyboard 😛

Dan L says:

It’s unfortunate that G603 & G613 uses traditional AA battery. Hence, I wish both G603 and G613 uses Power Core Module to benefit *Powerplay* technology to recharge the battery indefinitely. Another bad news is that it doesn’t come with RGB lights. Last but not least, another major concern is that vast majority of consumers are concerned about the *weight* for G603, compared to G403/G703.

Weight: 3.14 oz (88.9 g) mouse only
3.96 oz (112.3 g), with 1 AA battery
4.79 oz (135.7 g), with 2 AA batteries

Weight: 3.77 (107 g) (mouse only)+ 3.53 oz (10 g) (optional weight)

Weight: 107.2 g mouse only

M Huang says:

i have been waiting for this for a while

TheQuikMix says:

I’ve heard that the latency on this is fairly high compared to a corded keyboard. Any thoughts?

3xplosiv0 says:

I’ve been waiting for this for so long, but I wanted a TKL one with the same detachable microusb to charge it as the option :/ also I’d like backlighting. I guess I’ll wait for future iterations or just settle for the g pro.

Walter Swanevelder says:

At this price, I would have at least expect an aluminium base, not plastic. Also not a fan of the cheap looking glossy plastic finish.

Syahdam Luckfalah says:

I really love the functionality of the keyboard but I really hate the color scheme. It’s so boring and looks like an old keyboard. An all black color scheme would be way much better…like the G413 for example.

12Burton24 says:

Well in the last years logitech brought many new things but the quality went down and the support is pretty bad with months to answer

MightyRaptor says:

I’m just gonna get the G810

Nigel Loke says:

The only disappointing part is that they don’t have a port to connect the keyboard to the PC by wire instead of wireless (capable of having the wires for the PC, wireless dongle to a laptop and Bluetooth to a phone/tablet)
Oh well, I own the G810, so I can’t complain too much (RGB FTW)

woocifer says:

I’ve ordered one in Canada, but logitech won’t tell me when the damn thing is coming out. How about at least a clue? Soon or Later would even be acceptable at this point.

If only they used mx switches

H31MU7 says:

i have to admit i like a little bit more fooooooooorce in my keyboard 🙂

Moonraker says:

The no light on keys is almost a dealbraker, vut the non removeable rist is the dealbreaker.
Funny how they charge this as a premium keyboard, when there’s rly no issues with a wired keyboard. That beeing said, I see the uses, and ofcourse I had to order one.

Quality Banana says:

the links really help lol

African Twin says:

looks kinda plastic fragile for that kind of money, 150 euro.

Andraws Ramzi says:

Are these keycaps compatible with Logitech G810 Orion Spectrum?

Jason DiBabbo says:

I think I saw it in the video, but I’d like to ask to confirm: Is the wrist rest non-removable? I’ve been looking for a legitimate and performant wireless mechanical keyboard forever but it’s gotta be comfortable!

FrostByte says:

Mark Dagpin says:

romer-g switches destroyed this keyboard

Zach Hong says:

the mouse weighs like a brick after you put in the double aa’s >_> 134 grams
